健脾化湿清热法治疗干燥综合征疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察健脾化湿清热法治疗干燥综合征(SS)的临床疗效。方法随机将40例SS患者分为治疗组和对照组各20例。在保持西药治疗的前提下,治疗组加用健脾化湿清热法组方的中药治疗。结果治疗4周后,治疗组在疗效、主症的改善率及ESR、CRP、IgG的改善程度等方面均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾化湿清热法治疗SS能明显改善其主症及相关实验室指标,减轻西药的副作用,从而提高了疗效及治疗的安全性。

Abstract:Objective To observe clinical effect of invigorating spleen to eliminate dampness and cooling heat in treating SS.Methods 40 patients with SS were divided into two groups in random:the treatment group and the control one,20 examples for per group.While keeping the Western medicine treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating spleen to eliminate and cooling heat were added to the treatment group.Results After having been treated for 4 weeks,the treatment group exceeded significantly the control one in curative effect,the imporvement rate of the main diseases and the imporvement degree of the ESR,CRP,IgG ect(P<0.05).Conclusion The invigorating spleen to eliminate dampness and cooling heat can improve the main diseases and the correlated indexes of laboratories obviously,and relieve the side effect of the western medicine in treatment of SS,and thus raisey the curative effect and safety of treatment.
