老年开胸患者围手术期呼吸道的护理

目的:探讨老年患者开胸手术围手术期呼吸道的护理措施。方法:将260例老年开胸患者,随机分入试验组和对照组,对照组按常规进行护理,试验组针对术前宣教,协助排痰护理,疼痛护理,肠内营养及早期活动几个方面加强措施,比较两组护理效果及术后SpO2/FiO2值及术后呼吸道并发症。结果:试验组术前宣教、疼痛护理、早期活动及肠内营养完成均较对照组好,呼吸道并发症发生率低于对照组。结论:通过术前宣教、加强协助排痰、疼痛护理、早期肠道营养及早期活动等护理措施可以减少老年患者开胸手术围手术期呼吸道并发症的发生。

The nursing of respiratory tract of gerontal patient period operation of tnoracotomy

Objective To explore the nursing intervention of respiratory tract of gerontal patient period operation of tnoracotomy.Methods 260 cases of gerontal patients planned tnoracotomy were divided into two groups:experimental group and control group,usual care were performed in control group,nursing intervention of preoperative propaganda,pain care,early mobilization and enteral Nutrition were strengthened in experimental group,the SpO2/FiO2 and respiratory tract complication were compared in two groups.Results The respiratory tract complication were significant increased in experimental group compared with control group.Conclusion Respiratory tract complication of gerontal patient period operation of tnoracotomy can be decreased by nursing intervention of preoperative propaganda,pain care,early mobilization and enteral Nutrition.
