三维适形放射治疗中晚期食管癌近期疗效分析

目的:分析三维适形放射治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效。方法:采用3DCRT放射治疗中晚期食管癌45例,对患者的临床资料做回顾性分析。45例患者均为住院患者,均已病理证实。均采用3DCRT,2 Gy/次,5次/周,总剂量60～66 Gy,7周内完成。结果:完全缓解17例,部分缓解28例,评价依据为放疗结束时的临床症状及放疗结束后3个月的食管钡餐片、CT片。结论:三维适形放射治疗中晚期食管癌疗效好,值得在临床使用。

Curative effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced or terminal stage of esophageal cancer

Objective To analyze the curative effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of advenced or terminal stage of esophageal cancer.Method To analyze the curative effect of in the treatment of they were three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy advanced or terminal stae cancer curative effect.Using 3DCRT radiotherapy,we treated 45 patients who with advanced or termind stage of esophageal cancer and analyzed retrospectively,45 patients were all hospitalized patients,we all already confirmed by biopsy.All did 3DCRT,2Gy / times,five times per week,total dose 60 Gy ~ 66 Gy,seven weeks to complete.Results Complete remission was 17 cases,part catabatic was 28 cases,evaluation was the radiotherapy end of clinical symptoms and esophageal BeiCan slice,CT slices after 3 months′ radiotherapy.Conclusion The effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,in the treatment of advanced or terminal stage of esophageal cancer is good,and it is worthy of using in clinic.
