| 摘 要： | 目的:分析探讨老年患者口服药物误服、漏服的常见护理风险原因,总结应采取的对策。方法:对老年患者的口服药物过程进行观察,采取问卷的方式进行调查。结果:口服药出现误服、漏服的常见护理风险主要与护理人员的药学专业知识缺乏、不能严格执行医嘱等有关。结论:解决老年患者口服药护理风险要靠护理人员药理知识的学习、建立良好的护患沟通方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the oral medicine use in elderly patients in hospital,and to analyze the common nursing risks,to develop specific nursing interventions.Method We got the data by the self-made questionnaires of our hospital to survey the processes of the elder patients in our ward in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Jun 2012.Results Oral medications in elderly patients in hospital and the nursing risks were complicated.Problems were in the absence of nurses′medicine knowledge,and that they can not practice medicine strictly without responsibility in jobs.Conclusion The key to decrease the nursing risks for nurses is that to learn more medicine knowledge,to get upstanding touch with patients. |
