惠州市中学生血脂水平及分布特征

目的:通过调查了解惠州市中学生血脂水平及分布特征,为青少年预防成年期疾病提供依据。方法:在惠州市城乡分别抽取一所高中和一所初中,每年级随机抽取1～2个班的所有学生作为研究对象,采集空腹血检测总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),并测量血压。结果:调查对象血浆总胆固醇的均值为(3.52±0.62)mmol/L,三酰甘油的平均值为(1.32±0.10)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白均值为(0.091±0.07)mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白均值为(2.58±0.21)mmol/L。城乡之间,男女之间TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TC、LDL-C水平与血压存在显著性相关关系。结论:惠州市青少年学生TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平随年龄增大而升高,城乡、男女之间血脂水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。

Blood lipid level and distribution characteristics among middle school students in Huizhou

Objective To understand the blood lipid level and distribution characteristics among middle school students in Huizhou,so as to provide basis for prevention of adulthood diseases in adolescents.Method A high school and a junior high school were selected.In each selected school,one or two classes were selected randomly by grade,fasting blood were extracted to test the level of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL)-C),and blood pressure were measured.Results The level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LD-C were 3.52±0.62 mmol/L,1.32±0.10 mmol/L,0.091±0.07 mmol/L,2.58±0.21 mmol/L,respectively.No region and gender significance of the level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LD-C were found,and the level of TC,LDL-C were related to blood pressure significantly.Conclusion The level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LD-C of adolescent in Huizhou increass with age,and there are no region and gender significance in blood lipid.
