纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺部感染112例临床分析

目的:研究经纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺部感染的临床效果,为临床该类疾病的治疗提供依据。方法:对重症肺部感染患者224例进行研究,随机分为两组,各112例。对照组采用常规治疗方式,治疗组患者在传统治疗方法基础上,进行床旁纤支镜肺泡灌洗术进行治疗。分析比较两组患者肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间等,并对两组患者的动脉血氧分压进行比较,分析比较临床效果。结果:治疗组患者的发热时间、肺部啰音消失时间以及住院时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者血氧分压改善明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者临床总有效为92.9%,对照组患者临床总有效率为71.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺炎临床效果显著,改善患者症状更明显,临床有效率更高,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope in the treatment of serious pulmonary infection with 112 cases

Objective To study the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope on serious pulmonary infection,provide the basis for clinical.Methods 224 patients with serious pulmonary infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,patients in control group were treated with based therapy.the patients in treatment group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope.Rales disappeared,length of stay,and blood oxygen partial pressure of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The time of fever,rales disappeared of patients in treatment group were shorter than control group(P<0.05),the change of lood oxygen partial pressure of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05);the total effective ratio of treatment group was 92.9%,and the control group was 71.4%,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope shows satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of serious pulmonary infection,it changed the clinical symptom significantly,and it was worthy of clinical use.
