摘    要:由于体制、历史和观念等多方面的原因,我国医院普遍存在着高级专业人才匮乏、人才结构不合理、专科特色不突出、品牌意识和市场意识不强等问题,这严重制约了医院的发展,而且随着医疗卫生行业间竞争的不断加剧,矛盾也越来越突出.在市场化背景下,广东省人民医院从医院品牌建设人手开展专科建设,把专科建设作为品牌建设的中心工作,使医院的专科优势更加突出,专科业务在医疗市场中的占有率不断增大,成为医院各项医疗业务的支柱,新组建的一批专科成为医院品牌的重要支撑,同时也增强了医院的核心竞争力.

Abstract:In China, there are less advanced specialists in hospitals. The structure of human resource is unreasonable withoutspecial departments and little thinking on brand and market. These problem hampers hospitals development seriously. Withinhealthcare market, Guangdong Province People Hospital develops hospital's specialties from brand development, as core workingof brand development. This hospital enlarges specialty sharing in healthcare market and becomes support of hospital development.A new series of specialties become important support of hospital and core competition.
