| 摘 要： | 目的：评价2007年南通市预防接种异常反应（AEFI）监测系统运转情况、预防接种服务质量和安全性。方法：通过中国免疫规划监测信息管理系统收集的2007年南通市报告的AEFI个案数据,采用统计描述的方法分析流行病学的相关指标。结果：全市全年共收集AEFI个案488例,AEFI反应分类以一般反应最多,共363例个案,占总个案例数的74.39%;异常反应有114例（23.36%）;偶合症10例（2.05%）;待定1例（0.20%）。涉及疫苗20种,其中报告最多的是乙脑灭活疫苗,共191例,占总报告例数的39.14%。结论：监测结果表明,全市的AEFI监测系统运转正常,但要继续加强对各级医疗机构的报告人员在AEFI诊断、分类及处理等相关知识的培训工作,确保AEFI监测数据的质量。
