CT对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断价值

目的分析甲状腺肿瘤的CT表现,探讨CT在甲状腺肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法分析经手术病理证实的46例良恶性甲状腺肿瘤的CT表现,其中甲状腺腺瘤38例,甲状腺癌8例。结果腺瘤平扫时低密度结节边界清晰;增强扫描有一定强化,其中22例显示瘤内强化结节、14例显示周边强化环。恶性甲状腺肿瘤平扫密度不均匀,边界不清;增强扫描强化不均,并向邻近组织侵犯。结论CT在甲状腺肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。

An evaluation of CT imaging in diagnosis of thyroid tumor

Objective To study the CT findings of the thyroid neoplasm and evaluate the CT imaging in diagnosis as well as the differential diagnosis. Methods The CT findings of 46 cases of thyroid neoplasm were analyzed retrospectively, including 38 cases of thyroid adenoma and 8 of thyroid carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology. Results Thyroid adenoma was revealed well demarcated nodules with hypo-attenuation on non-contrast enhanced scan. After the administration of the contrast material, core enhancement of nodules manifested in 22 cases and ring enhancement was seen in 14 cases. Thyroid carcinoma manifested inhomogeneous density and enhancement, poor defined margin and infiltrative growth as well. Conclusion CT plays an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm.
