消炎痛在治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎中的应用

抗痨化疗加抽水并用消炎痛和并用激素治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎经对比观察:体温恢复正常前者为4.25天,后者为11天;胸痛消失前者为9.4天,后者为22天;胸闷消失两者相仿;胸水消失前者为11.3天,后者为22天。观察结果证明,并用消炎痛治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎,无论从改善症状,胸水吸收方面均优于激素,且副作用少,无严格禁忌症,值得临床应用。

APPLICATION OF INDOMETHACIN IN TREATMENT OF EXUDATIVE TUBERCULOUS PLEURISY

The treatment for pleurisy with exudative tuberculosis with anti-tuberculous chemotherapy, aspiration of thorax, indemethacin and hormone used at the same time was observed. The results show that the drop of the patient's temperature to the normal is 4.25 days in the therapy group, the control group 11 days. The disappearance of pleurodynia is 9.4 days in the therapy group, and the control group 22 days. The left stiffiness in the chest of the beth group is similar. The disappearance of pleurisy is 11.3 days in the therapy group, the centrol 22 days. The result of the observation indicates that indomethacin has less side-effects, the coniraindication is not strict andit s effect is better than hormone.
