CA125检测在心力衰竭患者中的临床意义

目的探讨血清糖类抗原125(Cancer antigen 125,CA125)检测在心力衰竭患者中的临床意义。方法 162例心力衰竭患者根据纽约心功能分级标准分为Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级,另选57例为健康对照组,比较各组血清CA125的浓度以及治疗前后血清CA125浓度的变化。另据随访结果分为事件组与非事件组,比较两组CA125浓度。结果血清CA125浓度各组心力衰竭患者明显高于对照组(P<0.05),心功能Ⅳ级组高于心功能Ⅲ级组(P<0.05),心功能Ⅲ级组高于心功能Ⅱ级组(P<0.05);心力衰竭患者治疗后症状改善,血清CA125水平下降,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。事件组血清CA125浓度在治疗前与治疗后均显著高于非事件组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CA125浓度测量可以作为心力衰竭诊断、预后评估的方法之一。

Clinical Significance of CA125 Monitoring in the Patients with Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Cancer antigen 125（CA125） in the patients with heart failure.Methods According to the criterion of NYHA,162 cases of patients with heart failure were divided into gradeⅡ, grade Ⅲ,grade Ⅳ,and randomly chosen 57cases health people for the control group.CA125 serum concentration and the change pre and post treatment in each group were compared to see whether there were differences.In addition,the cases were divided into event group and non-event group according to the follow-up results.The difference was compared in CA125 serum concentration pre and post treatment between the two groups.Results The level of heart failure patients＇serum-CA125 in each function group was higher than that of the control group,the grade Ⅳ heart function group was higher than the grade Ⅲ heart function group,the grade Ⅲ heart function group was higher than the grade Ⅱ heart function group.The patients showed symptomatic improvement after treatment with serum-CA125 level decreased,which has significantly statistically difference pre and post treatment in each group.CA125 serum concentration before and after treatment were significantly lower in event group than those in non-event group.Conclusions The level of serum-CA125 is a guide line to judge the order of the heart function severity and affecting the prognosis.
