| 摘 要： | 介绍了解放军总医院第二附属医院将"临床技能考核"纳入职称晋升评审的做法,主要就考核原则结果评估三个方面进行了详细阐述,并就考核中暴露出的基本功不够扎实、知识面较窄等问题进行了分析,提出了强化基础医学教育、开展技能练兵、组织学术交流等解决措施.
