| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基质金属蛋白水解酶10（MMP10）和CD44v6在甲状腺癌中的表达与甲状腺癌术后是否复发的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测69例甲状腺癌组织中MMP10和CD44v6的表达。结果69例甲状腺癌中MMP10、CD44v6表达的阳性标记与甲状腺癌分类、淋巴结转移有相关性（P〈0．05）。结论MMP10和CD44v6联合表达与甲状腺癌授润转移密切相关。检测MMP10和CD44v6表达可作为判断甲状腺癌预后的客观指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss MMP_(10) and CD_(44V6) in the thyroid carcinoma hit of give voice to and the thyroid carcinoma warlock if recur of connection.Methods The expressions of MMP_(10) and CD_(44V6) in the 69 cases thyroid carcinoma tissue were examined by appling immunochemist of technique.Results Among 69 cases thyroid carcinoma,the positive markers of expressions of MMP_(10) and CD_(44V6) were related to the thyroid carcinoma classification and the lymph gland transfering(P<0.05).Conclusion It could be a subjective marker in evalunting the prognosi of thyroid carcinoma to examine the expressions of MMP_(10) and CD_(44V6). |
