从眼底血证论眼脉与脏腑的关系

目的:通过对三种眼底血证中医文献资料的统计分析,论证眼脉与脏腑的关系。方法:选择三种以眼脉异常为主要病因的出血性眼病即糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)、视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)和视网膜静脉周围炎(Eales),筛选1994～2010年期间中国知网收录的相关文献资料,分别对每个疾病的辨证分型、单味中药功效、脏腑归经出现的频次进行统计分析,并按归属脏腑的频次高低进行排序。结果:DR、RVO的中医证型、单味药物归经所涉及脏腑的出现概率均依次为肝、脾、肾;而Eales则是肝、肺、肾。结论:眼脉与肝、脾、肾三脏关系密切,肝气疏泄、肝血濡养及脾气统摄是眼脉结构及功能正常的保证。

Discussion of relationship between ophthalmic vein and viscera from the fundus blood syndrome

Objective：To discussed relationship between ophthalmic vein and viscera based on statistics and analysis three kinds of fundus blood syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine literature.Methods：Choosing three ophthalmic vein anomaly as the main pathogeny of hemorrhagic ophthalmopathy：DR、RVO、Eales,screening good literature during 1994～2010 in Chinese HowNet Indexed Chinese medicine,this paper statistical analyzes syndrome differentiation,single Chinese medicine efficacy,the frequency by emergence of viscera owned of each disease,and sort by high and low according to the frequency level of attribution of organs.Results：DR,RVO syndrome type,single medicine meridian involved organs of the probability of occurrence are followed by the liver,spleen,kidney,and Eales is the liver,lung,kidney.Conclusions：There are close relationship between the ophthalmic vein and liver,spleen,kidney three viscera,and liver catharsis,liver blood foster and spleen control are guarantee of normal structure and function of the ophthalmic vein.
