| 摘 要： | 骨质疏松症(OP)是一种多因素、多环节导致的全身代谢性骨病,医家多从肾精亏虚、脾胃虚弱、肝失条达等方面分析其病因病机。本文认为《内经》的"少阳主骨"学说和OP具有内在统一性,从"少阳主骨"探讨OP的发病机制,可为科研及临床治疗提供新思路。

| Abstract: | Osteoporosis（OP） is one of systemic metabolic bone disease which is led by muliti-link muliti-factors. The etiology and pathogenesis were analyzed from the deficiency of kidney essence,the weakness of the spleen and stomach,and the disorderly smoothness of the liver,etc. Based on the theory ＂Shaoyang governs the bone＂ in Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine,it is discussed that the pathogenesis of OP with the theory ＂Shaoyang governs the bone＂ based on intrinsic unity between the theory and OP,to provide new thinking of scientific research and clinical treatment. |
