男同性恋者心理健康状况调查

目的了解男同性恋者的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对100名男同性恋者进行测查。结果男同性恋者的总分及10个因子得分均明显高于常模,且差异有显著性(P<0.01);志愿者的总分及9个因子(强迫因子除外)得分均低于非志愿者,且差异有显著性(P<0.01);志愿者的总分、强迫、抑郁、敌对、精神病性因子得分高于常模,且差异有显著性(P<0.05);男同性恋学生的偏执因子得分高于其他男同性恋者,且差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论男同性恋者的整体心理健康水平较低,存在着普遍的心理问题,需要社会各界的帮助。

Psychological analysis of male homosexuality

Objective] To investigate the mental health of male homosexuality. Methods] 100 male homosexuals were examined with SCL-90. Results] The male homosexuality had higher scores in all items compared with the national corresponding norm. The homosexual volunteers had lower scores in all items except obsessive-compulsive compared with the others. The homosexual volunteers had more psychological health problems in total score, obsessive-compulsive, depression, hostility and psychoticism compared with the national corresponding norm. The homosexual student got higher score in paranoid ideation compared with the others. Conclusions] The male homosexuals have a lot of mental health problems. They need the help provided by psychologists and psychiatrist.
