| 摘 要： | 目的提高结核病和艾滋病双重感染患者发现率、治疗成功率和减少患者死亡。方法省、市、县三级分别建立结核病和艾滋病防治机构合作机制;对结防机构新登记的肺病人进行HIV抗体检测;对艾防机构辖区内可随访的HIV/AIDS患者进行TB检测;结核病人治疗按《中国结核病防治规划实施工作指南》实施。结果 2007年10月-2009年10月结防机构新登记肺结核患者6 590例,进行HIV检测6 035例(91.6%),HIV阳性31例(0.5%);同期艾防机构累计完成HIV/AIDS患者TB筛查2 139人次,查出结核病94例(4.4%),其中,肺结核为87.2%,肺外结核为12.8%;2007年10月-2008年10月共发现TB/HIV患者72例,对其中66例进行了抗结核治疗,治愈13例,完成疗程28例,治疗成功率62.1%,死亡14例(21.2%),丢失6例(9.1%)。结论 1、结防机构和艾防机构合作实施双向筛查,是提高TB/HIV双重感染患者发现率的切实有效的方法。2、加强治疗管理、开展关爱活动、争取患者配合是提高治疗成功率、减少死亡有效措施。 |
