| 摘 要： | 支链氨基酸是一组包括缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸等的人体必需氨基酸。支链氨基酸除了其蛋白质成分的作用,可能对慢性肝病患者具有药理营养素作用。本文从基础研究和临床角度对支链氨基酸在合成白蛋白和胰岛素抵抗作用上可能产生的影响,以及对肝癌和肝硬化患者的生活质量和预后的临床作用作一综述。
