健脾化湿颗粒的制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究健脾化湿颗粒的制备工艺。方法:以干膏得率和芍药苷得率作为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选健脾化湿颗粒的提取工艺;以颗粒吸湿性和成型性为指标,对干法制粒的工艺进行研究。结果:最佳提取工艺为:加10倍水,回流提取2次,每次2h;干压法制备得到的颗粒吸湿性和成型性好。结论:优选的健脾化湿颗粒工艺稳定可行,可应用于工业化生产。
