| 摘 要： | 目的:临床药师在临床查房中对临床药物的使用进行关注,使用药更合理有效。方法:以冠心病患者经皮冠脉支架植入术、术后质子泵抑制剂的应用选择分析。结果与结论:对PCI术后,使用氯吡格雷抗血小板聚集的患者,需联合PPI类药物预防消化道出血,宜选用泮托拉唑,以减少心血管事件的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective: To attract the attention of clinical pharmacists to the reasonable use of drugs in clinical rounds.Methods: Analysis was made on the choice of proton pump inhibitors in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention(PCI).Results and Conclusion: Patients with coronary heart diseases after PCI usually combine the use of clopidogrel to prevent platelet aggregation and proton pump inhibititors(PPI) to prevent gastrointestinal bleeding.Among the PPI pantopra... |
