| 摘 要： | 目的:观察黄连温胆汤对2型糖尿病小鼠海马区细胞凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2、Bax、IGF-1、IGF-1R表达的影响.方法:高糖高脂饲料(HFD)配合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ) 100mg· kg-1建立2型糖尿病小鼠模型,黄连温胆汤连续灌胃给药3周后,用免疫组织化学法检测Bcl-2、Bax、IGF-1、IGF-1R蛋白的表达.结果:与模型组相比,黄连温胆汤的中、高剂量组明显降低小鼠海马Bax阳性细胞数,升高Bcl-2阳性细胞数；显著提高IGF-1和IGF-1R阳性细胞数量.结论:黄连温胆汤可能通过调控2型糖尿病小鼠海马神经细胞中Bcl-2、Bax、IGF-1、IGF-1R的表达,抑制海马神经细胞凋亡.
