脊髓损伤病人的康复护理干预

[目的]对脊髓损伤病人进行日常生活能力方面的护理干预,提高病人日常生活能力。[方法]根据病人RNADL评定量表得分及存在障碍,制定康复护理干预计划并给予实施,出院前1d进行RNADL评定及效果评价。[结果]经3个月康复护理干预后,47例病人自理能力全面提高,2 8例病人完全自理,16例病人基本自理,3例病人部分自理。[结论]对脊髓损伤病人进行护理干预,可显著提高病人的日常生活能力。

Rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with spinal injury

Objective: to provide nursing intervention for spinal injury patients on their daily life activity, in order to improve their capability of daily life. Method: to make out and to carry out rehabilitation nursing intervention plan, according to the scores of RNADL assessment scales of patients and the problems existed in it. All patients were re-assessed by filling out RNADL one day before they were discharged from the hospital. And the intervention effects of them were evaluated as well. Result: after three months' rehabilitation nursing intervention, the ADL self-care ability of 47 patients was enhanced totally, 28 of them can take care of themselves completely, 16 of them almost have a self-care taking ability, and only three of them can take care of themselves partly. Conclusion: it showed that to carry out nursing intervention in spinal injury patients could promote the capability of daily life of them obviously.
