梧桐花粉对支气管哮喘病人的致敏作用及临床意义

摘    要:①目的探讨梧桐花粉对支气管哮喘病人的致敏作用及临床意义。②方法对46例外源性支气管哮喘病人用梧桐花粉浸液进行皮肤挑刺试验和支气管激发试验,采用BA-ELISA法测定血清总IgE的变化。③结果皮肤挑刺试验24例呈强阳性反应,22例呈阴性反应。皮试阳性组吸入梧桐花粉后第1秒用力呼出量(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)变化值明显低于基础值、吸入生理盐水的变化值及皮试阴性对照组,差异均有显著意义(t=2.414-7.569,P均<0.001,0.05)。皮试阳性24例中支气管激发试验阳性者17例,而皮试阴性组无1例支气管激发试验阳性。皮试阳性组与皮试阴性组血清总IgE水平比较差异无显著性(t=1.558,P>0.05)。④结论梧桐花粉是外源性支气管哮喘病人重要的致敏原。

Abstract:Objective To explore the sensitizing effect of platanus acerofolia pollen on patients with extrinsic asthma. Methods The skin prick test (SPT) and bronchial provocation test (BPT) were carried out with platanus acerofolia pollen extact (PAE) in 46 patients with extrinsic asthma and the changes of serum lgE levels were detected by BA-ELISA method. Results The SPT showed that 24 cases were strong positive, 22 cases were negative. The PEV1 and PEF of the group with positive SPT to PAE after inspiring PAE were significantly lower than those in basis and after inspiring NS and those of with negative SPT to PAE (t=2. 414-7. 569, P<0. 001,0. 05); In the group with positive SPT. 17 cases were positive to BPT. No cases were positive to BPT in the group with negative SPT. There was no significant difference of serum IgE levels between the groups with positive and negative SPT to PAE (t= 1. 558, P>0. 05). Conclusion PAE is one of the important allergens to patients with extrinsic asthma.
