| 摘 要： | 目的:测定复方山楂片中总黄酮的含量,从而对本品质量进行控制。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定。结果:芦丁的线性范围为0.008~0.040mg/mL,回归方程Y=18.8X-0.0364,相关系数r=0.9998,加样回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.8%。结论:该法简便易行、快速、准确、可以用于本品的质量控制方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determin the Flavonoids in Compound Shanzha Tablet and to control the quality of the drug.Method: UV method.Results:The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0.008～0.040mg/mL,and regression equation was Y=18.8X-0.0364(r=0.9998)for quercetin.The average recovery was 98.6%,RSD=1.8%.Conclusion: The method is simple quick and accurate for the determination of the Compound Shanzha tabelets also can be used as one of the quality control methods for the Compound Shanzha tablets. |
