| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定血府逐瘀口服液中柚皮苷含量的反相高效液相色谱（RP—HPLC）法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱，流动相为乙腈-水（21：81），检测波长为283nm，流速为1．0mL／min。结果柚皮苷质量浓度线性范围为10．05～50．25la,g／mL，平均回收率为98．45％，RSD为0．73％（n=6）。结论RP—HPLC法简便、快速，结果准确，能有效控制血府逐瘀口服液中的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of naringin in Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Liquid by RP- HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out with Symmetry C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（21：81）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was at 283 nm. Results The linear concentration range of this compound was 10. 05-50.25 ug/mL. The average recovery rate was 98.45%, RSD was 0.73% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be used to control the quality of Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Liquid. |
