6例军团菌病的临床分析

我院1991年3～12月收治8例军团菌病,本文报告其中6例。临床分型:5例为肺炎型,1例为Pontiac热。血清分型:4例LP6型,1例LP10型,1例LP12型。例1检见军团菌。6例中院外感染4例,院内感染2例,均为肾移植患者。6例均有不同程度免疫功能低下,其中1例多次痰中检出卡氏肺囊虫,考虑有免疫缺陷。同时,6例几乎均有基础病(慢性气管炎肺气肿1例、尿毒症肾移植2例、干燥综合征1例、十二指肠溃疡1例)。1年中,首次发生8例军团菌病,说明军团菌病并非少见,加强军团菌病监测工作实属必要。

Clinical Analysis of 6 Cases with Legionnaires' Disease

This paper presents 6 cases of Legionnaires' dis-ease from 8 cases hospitalized from March to Decem-ber 1991. Clinical analysis: 5 cases of pneumonia, 1case of Pontiac fever. Serum typing: 4 cases of Lp6, 1case of Lp10 and 1 case of Lp12. Among the 6 cases, 4had non-nosocomial infection and 2 cases withnosocomial infection, all being the patients after kid-ney transplants. All 6 cases suffered fromimmunologic inadequacy, and from 1 of the casespneumocystis carinii was detected, considered withimmunodeficiency. At the same time, all the cases hadfundamental diseases (1 case with pulmonary emphysema, 2 cases of uremic kidney transplantation,1 case of Sicca syndrome and 1 case of duodenalulcer). Within 1 year, 8 cases of Legionnaires' diseasewere first discovered, which shows that Legionnaires'disease is rare and it is practically necessary to tightenthe control of it.
