| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)治疗面部深度烧伤的疗法。方法：对应用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗的46例面部浅Ⅲ度、深Ⅱ度烧伤进行临床总结分析。结果：MEBT治疗的面部烧伤创面愈合快，色素轻，不易形成瘢痕或瘢痕增生轻微。结论：湿润暴露疗法在治疗面部深度特殊部位烧伤，有促进创面愈合，减轻疼痛，控制创面感染等治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBT in treating deep facial burn. Method: 46 cases of deep 2 nd degree and superficial 3 rd degree face burn were treated with MEBO. Their clinical data were analyzed. Result: Facial deep burn wounds healed quickly after MEBT treatment. Very light pigmentation and very few scars had formed. Conclusion: MEBO can promote the healing of facial deep burn wounds, relieve pain and control wound infections. |
