肾上腺肿瘤的CT诊断

目的:探讨肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现特点.方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的42例肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现,探讨其诊断的要点.结果:41例肿瘤中,皮质腺瘤17例,3例大于3cm,其余均小于3 cm,全部CT值小于20 Hu.皮质腺癌3例,为大于8 cm的肿物,密度不均.转移癌5例,2例双侧,3例单侧,密度均匀或不均匀.嗜铬细胞瘤8例,除1例小于3 cm外,其余均大于3.5 cm,且密度不均.髓脂瘤3例,为边缘光滑的肿块,内见脂肪密度影.囊肿2例,边缘光滑的液性密度影.神经节细胞瘤1例,巨大软组织肿块内见多发钙化.神经母细胞瘤2例,实性肿物内见钙化.神经节母细胞瘤1例,囊实混合性肿物,可见钙化.结论:肾上腺肿瘤CT表现各有一定的特征,结合临床及实验室检查可作出诊断.

CT Diagnosis of Adrenal Tumors

Objective:To study CT imaging features of adrenal tumors.Methods:To review and analyze 40 cases of CT findings of adrenal tumors,which were verifid by operation pathology,and to discuss their diagnostic point.Results:Among the 40 cases,there were 17 cases of adenoma,in which 3 cases were bigger than 3cm, the others were smaller than 3cmm,CT value were all smaller than 20 HU.Adenocarcinoma(3 cases) was mass of bigger than 8cm with uneven density.Metastasis(5 cases)tumor betided single(3 cases)or double side(2 cases)with even or uneven density.Pheochromocytoma(3 cases)was all bigger than 3.5cm except one case of uneven density.Myelolipoma(3 cases)were masses with slick brim and fat content. Cyst(2 cases)are masses with homogeneous water density.Adrenal ganglioneuromas was shown as large mass with soft tissue density and many calcification.Neuroblastoma were solid mass with calcification. Ganglioneuroblastom presented as masses concluding solid and cystic content with calcification.Conclusion: CT features of adrenal tumors had their corresponding characteristic signs,which can be diagnosed correctly combining clinical and laboratory data.
