云南省现存晚期血吸虫病病例分布状况与特点

目的掌握云南省现存晚期血吸虫病（晚血）病例分布状况及流行病学特征，为制定晚血防治对策提供参考依据。方法根据2005年云南省晚期血吸虫病普查资料．结合各年报表．制定调查方案．明确调查对象、方法和内容，统一按要求进行调查。结果2009年，全省共有现存晚血病例812例，其中2006年和2007年新发现晚血20例（2．00％）：2008年和2009年新上报的晚血35例（4．31％）。晚血病例中．巨睥型占5283％．腹水型占2623％。结肠增殖型占（1．37％，侏儒型占2．71％，肝脾肿大型占17．86％男性占21．68％．女性占78．32％。年龄最小者13岁，最大者99岁。60岁以上年龄组病例占65．64％：30岁～59岁年龄组占33．25％；30岁以下年龄组占1．11％。农民占98．51％，其他职业占1．36％，结论云南省晚血患病率有逐年下降趋势．但报表中存在一些漏报病例：现存晚血病例主要是60岁以上的农村妇女。

Distribution and characteristics of advanced schistosomiasis in Yunnan Province

Objective To elucidate the distribution and characteristics of advanced schistosomiasis in Yunnan province in order to provide references for making out control strategies . Methods The survey was based on the census of advanced schistosomiasis in 2005 and the yearly report table. The object, method and content for the survey were formulated by the scheme. Results There were 812 cases of advanced schistoso- miasis in 2009,of which 2.00% were new cases in 2006 and 2007, and 4.31% were missing cases in 2008 and 21）09. The proportion of type of splenomegaly, ascitis, colonic granulomatous, dwarfism, enlargement of liver and spleen was 52.83%, 26.23%, 0.37%, 2.71% and 17.86%, respectively. The proportion of male cases was 21.68%, and female ones 78.32%. The youngest case was 13 years old and the oldest case was 99 years old. The case over 60 years old made up 65.64%, 33.25% from 30 to 59 years old, and 1.11% less than 30 years old. The farmer took up 98.64% of the case, and the other occupations occupied only 1.36%. Conclusion The advanced schistosomiasis cases were showing the falling tendency in Yunnan province, although some missing cases existed in report. The main advanced cases are female farmers over sixty years old in countryside.
