尿蛋白电泳在肾脏疾病鉴别诊断中的意义

摘    要:目的 采用非浓缩尿电泳对尿蛋白成分进行测定,判断肾脏疾病的受损部位及病变程度.方法 采用spife 3000全自动电泳分析仪对87例蛋白尿患者、25例经肾穿刺术确诊的肾病患者进行尿蛋白琼脂糖电泳分析.结果 87例蛋白尿患者电泳图谱显示23例生理性蛋白尿,41例肾小管性蛋白尿,10例肾小球性蛋白尿,13例混合性蛋白尿.25例确诊的肾病患者中,有6例局灶节段性肾小球硬化,13例局灶性肾小球肾炎,2例肾小球轻微病变,2例狼疮性肾小球肾炎,2例系膜增生性肾炎.结论 该技术简便、快速、无创伤,尿蛋白电泳组分和肾脏损害部位及程度有关.
