哈尔滨事故受照者的生物剂量估算

摘    要:目的 对哈尔滨事故中的15例受检者进行生物剂量估算.方法 采用加秋水仙素同步培养法培养受检者外周血淋巴细胞,分析染色体型畸变,用本实验室建立的剂量-效应曲线估算生物剂量.结果 估算出6例受检者生物剂量,平均剂量范围为0.35~1.60 Gy,结果与临床诊断相一致.另9例染色体畸变在正常范围.结论 通过分析染色体畸变可以较准确地估算出生物剂量.

Abstract:Objective To estimate biological dose of victims in Harbin Accident of 192^ Ir source. Methods Peripheral blood lymphocytes of the victims were cultured using conventional culture medium with colchicine added at the beginning. Unstable chromosome aberrations were scored and biological doses was estimated according to the dose-effect curves developed by our lab. Results The biological doses of six victims ranged from 0.35 to 1.60 Gy, which was consistent with the results of clinical diagnoses,while the frequencies of chromosome aberrations for another 9 victims were within the normal range. Conclusions Biological doses of victims in Harbin Accident were precisely assessed by analysis of chromosome aberrations.
