中鼻甲前端切除术对前组慢性副鼻窦炎的治疗作用

目的：探讨中鼻甲前端部分切除术对前组慢性副鼻窦炎的治疗作用。方法：回顾性总结1997年10月-1999年6月对19例（共30例），病程6个月-2年的前组慢性副鼻窦炎患者施行中鼻甲前端部分切除术等治疗的临床效果。分析中鼻甲前端病变与副鼻窦炎的关系及中鼻甲前端部分切除术的重要性。结果：术后随访6个月以上，21侧慢性单纯性副鼻窦炎中，治愈17侧，好转4侧。9侧慢性副鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉中，治愈7侧，好转1侧，无效1侧，总治愈率为80%，有效率为96.67%，无1例并发症发生。结论：中鼻甲前端病变与前组副鼻窦炎的发生有密切关系。对早期前组慢性副鼻窦炎的患者可以通过中鼻甲前端部分切除术等治疗获得满意疗效。其操作简便。对中鼻甲功能无明显影响。

Excising the Head of Middle Turbinate to Treat Anterior Group Parasinusitis

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of excising the head of middle turbinate in treating anterior group sinusitis. Methods: 19 patients (30 sinuses) suffered from anterior group sinusitis for half to 2 years were treated by excising the head of middle turbinate from Oct.1996 to Jun.1999. The result of our treatment was concluded retrospectively to discuss the relationship between the lesion of the head of middle turbinate and anterior group sinusitis, and also the effectiveness of excising the head of middle turbinate. Result: All patients were followed up 6 months at least. The group of simple sinusitis included 21 sinuses. 17 sinuses were cured and 4 improved. Another group of sinusitis complicated with polyps included 9 sinuses. 7 sinuses were cured, one improved and one failed. The cure rate of our treatment was 80%, and the effectiveness rate was 96.69%. There was no complicance occurred. Conclusion: The lesion of the head of middle turbinate may be associated with anterior group sinusitis. Excision of the head of middle turbinate is simple to treat anterior group sinusitis of early stage with satisfactory effect and the function of nasal turbinates can be preserved proberbly.
