| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年人环状混合痔手术治疗时应当注意的问题。方法：对112例老年环状混合痔手术治疗进行回顾性分析。结果：59例接受腰麻或硬膜外阻滞，局麻为34例，全麻19例。进行改良外剥内扎术74例，吻合器痔切除术38例。随访6个月，全部治愈。结论：对伴有糖尿病等慢性病的老年人环状混合痔手术时宜应用全麻，行改良外剥内扎术具有较多的优越性。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment in the geriatric circumferential mixed hemorrhoids should be emphasized. Methods One hundred and twelve cases of geriatric circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated with surgery were retrospectively reviewed. Results Fifty-nine cases received spinal anesthesia and epidural block, 34 cases local anesthesia and 19 cases general anesthesia. Seventy-four cases received external dissection and internal ligation and 38 cases received Stapler hemorrhoidetomy. After 6-month follow-up, all were found healed. Conclusion General anesthesia should be used in those geriatric mixed hemorrhoids complicated with chronic diseases. External dissection and internal ligation has many advantage. |
