| 摘 要： | 为优选三黄痔疮膏的提取工艺,采用紫外分光光度法测定指标成分总蒽醌的含量,并以正交试验法优选最佳提取工艺。结果显示AlB3C3为最佳提取工艺条件,即70％的醇浓度,以10倍量,8倍量回流2次,每次1．5h。提示按此最佳工艺条件可以较好的保留药材中有效成分。

| Abstract: | To select a good extracting technique of "Sanhuang Zhichuang Plaster", the total anthraquinone was assayed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results showed that A_1B_3C_3 was the best technique.It is indicated that this technique is excellent in retaining the active ingredients. |
