| 摘 要： | 有关慢性HBV感染的抗病毒治疗,近10余年来取得了显著进展。此文结合美国肝病协会最新的治疗规范就抗病毒治疗进展作相应介绍,包括HBeAg阳性及阴性的慢性乙型肝炎、代偿及失代偿肝硬化及其合并感染的患者、化疗患者、妊娠患者、耐药患者以及联合治疗等。

| Abstract: | It has been a great development on the anti-viral treatment of chronic hepatitis B for these 10 years. This review has introduced the recent progress on the anti-viral treatment depended on the update treatment algorithm of AASLD, including the treatment of HBeAg-positive and negative patients, patients with cirrhosis, co-infection, chemotherapy, pregnancy, patients with antiviral drug resistance and the combination treatment,etc. |
