| 摘 要： | 目的总结有腹部手术史的患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术经验。方法避开原有切口选择第一戳孔，必要时采用开放法置入穿刺鞘，注重腹腔粘连区的分离技巧。结果本组34例其中32例成功完成手术，中转开腹2例，无手术并发症。结论有腹部手术史患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with history of abdominal operation.Methods 34 cases were performed laparoscopy,in which the primitive incision was avoided and the was avoided and the stad was chosen,If necessary,opening method can be use to insert the trocar,and the adhesive tissue was dissected skillfully.Results Of the 34 cases,32 cases were operated successfully,2 cases change to laparotomy,all the patients recovered without any complication.Conclusion The laparoscopy in the patients with history of abdominal operation was safe and possible. |
