2007-2008年某医院小儿内科住院病人医院感染情况分析

目的]了解小儿内科住院患者医院感染发生情况，探讨发生医院感染的相关因素。方法]对滨州医学院附属医院2007年7月至2008年6月儿内科出院患者的医院感染情况进行分析。结果]1年内出院6022例患者，388例发生医院感染，感染发生率为6．44％。医院感染发生率，〈1岁为5．69％，1～2岁为4．24％，3～5岁为7．99％，6～12岁为10．00％（P〈0.01）；基础疾病为感染性疾病者为5．38％，为非感染性疾病者为9．58％（P〈0．01）；感染部位以呼吸道及肠道为主。结论]儿内科医院感染的发生与基础疾病、抗菌药物使用等有关。

Analysis of Nosocomial Infection on Pediatric Internal Medicine of a Certain Hospital from 2007 to 2008

Objective]To understand the occurrence of nosocomial injection of the patients in the department of pediatric internal medicine and discuss the correlative factors. Methods]Asiminine asis of nosocomial infection of the palienis discharged from department of Binzhou Medical College from July, 2007 to June, 2008 was analyzed. Results]There arc totally 388 nosocomial infection cases in 6 022 ones discharged from our hospital,and the incidence was 6.44%. The incidence of nosocomial infection was as follows the cases aged under 1 year,from 1 to 2 ,from 3 to 5 ,from 6 to 12 accounted for 5.69% ,4. 24%,7.99% and 10.00% respectively （ P 〈0.01） ;The infection cases with basic infectious diseases accounted for 5.38% and basic non-infectious diseases accounted for 9.58% （ P〈0.01）. Conclusion]The occurrence of nosocomial infection in pediatric internal medicine is relative to the basic diseases and the antibacterial used.
