2007年勐腊县汉、傣族5岁以下儿童贫血患病情况调查

目的]分析和掌握勐腊县汉、傣族5岁以下儿童贫血患病情况。方法]收集在勐腊县儿童保健门诊进行健康体检1193名汉、傣族5岁以下儿童常规检验单进行统计分析。结果]5岁以下儿童贫血患病率为17．27％，初步诊断营养性缺铁性贫血患病率为11．65％；傣族儿童贫血患病率为24．27％，汉族儿童贫血患病率14．06％；2岁以下儿童贫血患病率为22．91％，2岁以上儿童贫血患病率7．53％。傣族2岁以下儿童贫血患病率为32．78％，汉族2岁以下儿童患病率18．29％。结论]勐腊县儿童贫血病的防治重点是营养性缺铁性贫血，重点人群为傣族及2岁以下儿童，而重中之重是傣族2岁以下儿童。应广泛开展营养知识宣传及健康教育。

Investigation on the Prevalence of Anemia among Children under 5 of Dai and Han Nationality in Mengla County in 2007

Objective]To analyze and understand the prevalence of anemia among children under 5 of Dai and Hannationality. Methods]Ordinary laboratory test reports of 1193 children under 5 of Dai and Han nationality who had physical check-up in the Clinic for Child Health Care were collected and analyzed statistically. Results]The prevalence rate of anemia in children under 5 was 17.27 % and under primary diagnosis, the rate of the prevalence of nutritional iron deficiency anemia was 11.65%. The prevalence rate of anemia in Children of Dai nationality was 24.27% ,which it was 14.67% in the children of Han nationality. The prevalence rate of anemia in children under 2 was 22.91% ,while it was 7.53% in children over 2. The prevalence rate of anemia in children under 2 of Dai nationality was 32.78% ,while it was 18. 28% in children under 2 of Han nationality. Conclusion]Nutritional iron deficiency anemia was the key to be prevented and treated for children with anemia in Mengla county. The key crowd are children under 2 of Dai nationality. Propaganda on nutritional knowledge and health education must be widely carried out.
