| 摘 要： | [目的]了解曹县艾滋病流行特征,为艾滋病防治工作确定优先领域提供科学依据。[方法]对曹县艾滋病相关资料进行分析。[结果]20012007年,曹县累积报告艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染者93例,其中艾滋病病人56例,已经死亡27例,失访14例。93例中,经血液途径传播的52例,性途径传播的30例,母婴途径传播的5例,感染途径不详的6例。[结论]曹县艾滋病疫情呈低流行状态,3种传播途径并存。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To understand the epidemic characteristics of AIDS in Caoxian county,provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control.[Methods]AIDS related data were analyzed in Caoxian county.[Results]93 HIV infected people were reported in Caoxian from 2001 to 2007,of them,56 were AIDS patients.27 patients died,14 cases were loss to follow-up.Of all the 93 HIV infected cases,52 of them were transmitted through blood,30 through sexual contact,5 through mother-to-child transmission,unknown transmission route was in 6 cases.[Conclusion]The prevalence of AIDS in Caoxian was low,and three transmission routes coexisted. |
