1999-2008年盐城市艾滋病疫情分析

目的]了解盐城市艾滋病流行特征，为制订防治措施提供科学依据。方法]对盐城市1999～2008年艾滋病疫情报告和流行病学调查资料进行分析。结果]盐城市1999年首次在流动人口中发现HIV感染者，到2008年底累计报告HIV感染者98例，其中艾滋病病人23例，死亡13例。2008年发现28例其中病人5例，死亡2例。98例HIV感染者中，来自外省（自治区、直辖市）的49例。本省南京市3例，肯尼亚1例，本市45例；年龄3～66岁，其中20～39岁占70．41％；无业人员占43．88％，农民、民工占32．65％；性途径感染的占46．94％（异性接触、同性性接触分别占总数的40．82％、6．12％，血液途径感染的占44．90％（注射吸毒感染占总数的41．84％），母婴传播感染的占2．04％，感染途径不详的占6．12％。结论]盐城市艾滋病疫情有扩大蔓延向一般人群传播的趋势。

Analysis of the Prevalence of AIDS in Yancheng City from 1999 to 2008

Objective]To understand the epidemic characteristic of AIDS in Yancheng city, provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control. Methods] AIDS epidemic report and epidemiological investigation data in Yancheng city from 1999 to 2008 were analyzed. Results]HIV infected people were first detected in Yancheng city in 1999 in floating population, 98 HIV infected people were reported at the end of 2008,23 of them were AIDS patients and 13 cases died. 28 HIV infected people were reported in 2008 5 of them were AIDS patients and 2 of them died. Of the 98 HIV infected persons,49 of them were from other provinces（autonomous regions and municipalities）, 3 cases were from Nanjing and 1 from Kenya. Of the 45 cases aged from 3-66 years old in the city, the people aged from 20 to 39 years old accounted for 70.41% ;unemployed people accounted for 43.88 %, farmers, migrant workers accounted for 32.65 %. The people infected through sex transmission accounted for 46.94 % （heterosexual contact, homosexual sexual contact accounted for 40.82 %,6.12% of the total respectively, blood transmission accounted for 44.90 %（injection drug users accounted for 41.84% of the total） ,infection of HIV from mother to child accounted for 2.04 % and unknown infection route accounted for 6.12 %. Conclusion]The prevalence of AIDS had the trend to spread to general population in Yancheng city.
