2001-2007年江门市食物中毒流行病学分析

摘    要:目的]了解江门市食物中毒的发生情况、流行原因和规律.以便有针对性地制订防控措施。方法]对2001~2007年江门市食物中毒资料进行分析.结果]2001-2007年合计发生食物中毒114起、中毒1906人,全人口年均发生率为6.88/10万;死亡9例,病死率为0.47%。114起食物中毒中.细菌性食物中毒50起、中毒1068人.分别占总起数的43.85%和中毒总人数的56.03%;化学性食物中毒分别占29.82%和20.82%;植物性食物中毒分别占21.05%和20.46%。发生在集体食堂的分别占总起数和总例数的40.29%和42.55%。9例死亡者中。河豚鱼、蟾蜍中毒各4例,误食毒鼠强污染死猪肉1例。结论]江门市食物中毒以细菌性食物中毒和集体食堂发生的最高,以进食或误食有毒动物肉类为主要死因。

An Epidemlologic Analysis on Food Poisoning in Jiangmen City from 2001 to 2007

Abstract:Objective]In order to understand the risk factors, epidemic causes and regulation of food poisoning, so as to control it hatter. Methods]The data of food poisoning in Jiangmen city during 2001-2007 were analyzed. Results]There were 1 906 cases in 114 outhreaks which 9 persons died. The total population average annual incidence rate was 6.88/100 000, and the case fatality rate was 0. 47 %. of 114 outbreaks, 50 of them were bacterial food poisoning with 1 906 cases, accounting for 43.85% and 56.03% of the total outbreaks and total cases. Chemical food poisoning accounted for 29. 82% and 20. 82 %, botanical food poisoning accounted for 21.05% and 20. 46 % respectively, 40. 29% of outbreaks and 42. 55 of cases were in collective canteens. Of 9 death cases, four and four were due to tetraodontoxism and poisonous toad respectively,and one was due to rodentieide contaminated pig meat. Conclusion]The prevalence of food poisoning was the highest in collective canteens and most of them were bacterial food poisoning, and the intoxication of poisonous animals was the main cause of death.
