2008年宝鸡市陈仓区法定传染病疫情分析

目的]了解宝鸡市陈仓区法定传染病的流行情况，为政府部门制定传染病防治措施提供参考依据。方法]对2008年宝鸡市陈仓区各医疗单位上报的疫情资料进行分析。结果]2008年陈仓区合计报告法定传染病15种、2693例，总发病率为449．09／10万。2693例病人中，乙类传染病1527例，丙类传染病1166例；肠道传染病1291例，呼吸道传染病868例，血源及性传播疾病514例，虫媒及自然源性疾病20例；发病数居前3位的是其他感染性腹泻病（824例）、肺结核（536例）、病毒性肝炎（481例）。发生1起流行性腮腺炎暴发、流行，涉及全区大部分乡镇，合计发病314例。结论]其他感染性腹泻病、肺结核、病毒性肝炎是宝鸡市陈仓区重点防治的传染病。

Analysis of the Epidemic of Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Chencang District of Baoji in 2008

Objective]To understand the prevalence of notifiable infectious diseases in Chencang district, provide scientific basis for the government to establish prevention and control measures. Methods]Epidemic data reported from medical institutes at different levels in Cheneang district in 2008 were analyzed. Results]Total of 2 693 cases with 15 kinds of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in 2008. the morbidity was 449. 09/100 000. Of the 2 693 cases,1 572,1 166 patients with class B and class C infectious disease were reported respectively. 1 291,868,514 ,and 20 patients with intestinal infectious disease,respiratory infectious disease, blood borne and sexually transmitted disease,insect-borne infectious diseases and natural focal diseases were reported. The first 3 incidence of the diseases was other infectious diarrhea（824） ,TB （536） and viral, hepatitis（481）. 1 outbreak and prevalence of mumps was reported,involving most of the townships in the district,314 mumps cases were reported. Conelusion]Other infectious diarrhea, pulmonary tuberculosis and viral hepatitis are the key infectious diseases to be prevented and controlled in Chencang district of Baoji city.
