2003-2008年利津县学校食堂实施食品卫生监督量化分级管理效果评价

目的]评价在学校食堂实施食品卫生监督量化分级管理的效果，为进一步在学校食堂推行和完善食品卫生监督量化分级管理提出建议。方法]对2003-2008年利津县在所有学校食堂实施食品卫生监督量化分级管理工作进行总结。结果]实施食品卫生监督量化分级管理5年的2008年与实施前的2003年比较，学校食堂评定为A级、B级者所占比例由0．00％和0．00％增加至9．76％和14．63％（P〈0．01），评定为C级者所占比例由82．35％减少至75．619／0（P〈0．05）；食堂食品从业人员健康证持证率、卫生知识考试合格率，由66．45％、53．54％提高到100．00％、95．01％（P〈0．01）；学校食堂餐具消毒合格率由42．42％提高到75．00％（P〈0．01）。结论]实施食品卫生监督量化分级管理后．学校食堂食品卫生水平明显提高。

Evaluation on the Effect of Quantified and Classified Management of Food Hygiene Supervision on School Dinning Hall in Lijin Country from 2003 to 2008

Objective]To evaluate the effect of quantified and classified management of food hygiene supervision on school dining hall in Lijin county, make suggestions for further implementing and improving the program. Methods]To sum up the implementation of quantified and classified management of food hygiene supervision on school dining hails in Lijin county from 200g to 2008. Results]The score of hygienic status in class A and class B was from 0. 0094,0.00% in 2003 to 9.76 % and 14.63% after the implementation of quantified and classified management of food hygiene supervision on school dining halls from 2003 to 2008 （ P d0. 01）. The score in class C decreased from 82.35% to 75.61% （ P 〈0.05）. The holding rate of health certificate and the passing rate of health knowledge examination were from 66.45 %, 53.54% to 100.00%,95.01% （ P〈0. 01）. The qualified rate of tableware disinfection was from 42.42% to 75.00% （ P〈0.01）. Conclusion]The hygienic status in school dining halls was improved a lot after the implementation of quantified and classified management of food hygiene supervision on school dining halls.
