电离辐射对放射工作人员染色体畸变率影响的Meta分析

摘    要:[目的]了解小剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞的影响.以加强放射工作人员的健康监护。[方法]应用Meta分析中的随机对照两组率差的齐性检验与合并进行分析,对6篇有染色体畸变率的病例对照研究进行综合分析,受照组总数231454,对照组总数99528。[结果]小剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞致畸综合效应为0.38%,总体效应的95%CI为0.34%~0.42%。[结论]电离辐射对放射工作人员的外周血淋巴细胞的致畸综合效应有不同程度的影响。

Meta-analysis on Effect of Ionization Radicalization on Chromosomal Aberration Rates in Radiation Workers

Abstract:[Objective]To study the radiation effect on people who worked on radiation department to enhance radiation workers health protect. [Methods]Meta analysis was used to explore the data from 6 published papers in order to make formal summary statements about ionization radicalization on chromosomal, aberration rates, fixed effect and model and random effect model were applied to process these data. The total number of radiation group was 231 454 while the control group was 99 528. [Results]Ionization radicalization on chromosomal aberration rates in radiation workers'synthetical effect was 0.38% ,collectivity was 95% CI was 0.34 %-0.42 %. [Conclusion]Ionization radicalization on chromosomal aberration rates in radiation workers was different.
