2007年克拉玛依市市售化妆品卫生状况调查

目的]了解克拉玛依市各类市售化妆品的卫生状况,为化妆品类商品卫生监督工作提供科学依据。方法]在商场、超市化妆品柜台和美容院随机抽取化妆品,依据GB 7917-87《化妆品卫生化学检验方法》和GB 7918-87《化妆品微生物标准检验方法》进行检测,并根据GB 7916-87《化妆品卫生标准》进行评价。结果]共计抽检样品82份,合格率为89.02%;其中商场、超市化妆品柜台抽检合格率为87.72%,美容院为92.00%。汞超标和细菌总数超标是影响样品合格率的两个主要因素。发用类化妆品的合格率最低,为80.00%,特殊用途类为90.06%,护肤类为93.33%。结论]克拉玛依市化妆品市场总体情况较好,今后应加强克拉玛依市发用类化妆品的监督检测,提高该类产品的市场合格率。

Investigation on Hygienic Status of Cosmetics in Kalamary Market City in 2007

Objective] To understand the hygienic status of cosmetics in kalamary market,in order to provide evidence for hygienic supervision. Methods]Cosmetics were randomly selected from the counter of shops, supermarkets and beauty parlors according to GB7917-87 ＂Standard methods of hygienic test for cosmetics＂ and GB7918-87 ＂Standard methods of microbiological examination for cosmetics＂ and evaluation was conducted based on GB7916-87 ＂Hygienic standard for cosmetics＂. EResults]82 samples were detected, the qualified rate was 89.02%. The qualified rate of the samples from the counter of market.supermarket was 87.72%, beauty parlors was 92.00%. The main factors to effect the qualified rate were mercury and total amount of coli group（over the standard）. The qualified rate of hair care products was the lowest, accounting for 80.00%, special-puepose products was 90.06 %, skin care products was 93.33 %. Conclusion]The hygienic status of cosmetics in Kalamary market was relatively good,in order to improve the qualified rate of hair care products, su- pervision must be strengthened in the future.
