2005～2007年郴州市自愿接受艾滋病咨询者资料分析

[目的]了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）人群有关情况及艾滋病病毒（HIV）检测状况,以便为求询者提供有针对性的措施。[方法]对2005-2007年到郴州市疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊寻求服务的求询者基本信息及HIV抗体检测资料进行分析。[结果]2005-2007年合计1 299人接受咨询检测服务,2005-2007年分别为280人、490人、529人,其中接受咨询检测的1 272人,只咨询未检测的27人。在检测的1 272人中,HIV抗体阳性97例,阳性率为7.63%。HIV抗体阳性率,男性为8.79%,女性为6.07%（P〉0.05）;4个月至14岁为1.82%,15-24岁为2.89%,25-34岁为9.88%,35-44岁为8.97%,45-82岁为13.51%（P〈0.01）;静脉吸毒者为11.20%,异性性接触者为5.79%,HIV感染者配偶/性伴为34.00%,其他人员为2.13%（P〈0.01）。[结论]VCT门诊求询者中15-44岁占89.92%,自愿检测者HIV阳性率较高,占同期发现HIV阳性总数的47.79%。

Data Analysis among People Voluntary Receiving AIDS Counseling in Chenzhou City from 2005 to 2007

[Objective]To understand the related status and HIV detection among people receiving AIDS voluntary counseling and testing（VCT） in VCT clinic, provide the effective measure for the target people. [Methods]The basic information and data of HIV antibody detection among people receiving AIDS VCT services at VCT clinic in Chenzhou Municipal Center for Disease Control and prevention from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed, [Results]280,490 and 529 people received VCT services in 2005,2006 and 2007 respectively. Of them, 1 272 people had HIV antibody tested, 27 people only received AIDS voluntary counseling. Of the 1 272 people tested,97 of them were detected to be HIV-positive,accounting for 7.63%. HIV-positive rate was 8.79% in male and 6.07% in female （ P 〉0.05）. It was 1. 82 % ,2.89% ,9.88% ; ,8.97% and 13. 51 % respectively among peopleaged from 4 month to 14.5to24,25to34.35to44 and 45 to 82（P〈 0.01）. Intravenous drug users accounted for 11.20%, heterosexual sex contactors accounted for 5.79 %, HIV infected person＇s spouse/partner accounted for 34.00% ,other people accounted for 2.13% （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]Of the people receiving AIDS voluntary counseling and testing in VCT clinic,the people aged from 15 to 44 accounted for 89.92% and had high HIV positive rate,accounting for 47.79 % of the total positive rate detected at the same time.
