329例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者资料分析

[目的]通过对329例鼻窦炎患者临床病历资料进行分析，了解慢性鼻窦炎患病情况与特点，对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者年龄、性别以及职业环境等相关情况进行统计分析，为进一步明确本病的病因提供参考。[方法]收集2007年1月至2008年1月在山东省立医院西院耳鼻喉医院鼻科病房行鼻窦开放手术的329例慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床病历资料，将所得数据进行统计分析。[结果]在本组病例中，男性216例，女性113例，男女比例为1．91：1；年龄7～78岁，城市户1：3201例，农村户口128例。城市患者中工厂企业职工102例（占50．7％），农村患者中外出打工者63例（占49．2％），术后明确有过敏性因素的132例（占40．1％）。[结论]慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉（主要为Ⅱ、Ⅲ型）多集中在25～55岁的青中年人．男性多于女性，环境包括变态反应因素是慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的发生和病情的复发的主要原因之一。

Data Analysis of 329 Cases with Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

[Objective]To understand the status and characteristic of the patients with chronic sinusitis based on the analysis of the clinical data of 328 cases with chronic sinusitis, the age, gender and occupation were statistically analyzed, provide scientific basis for the causes of the disease. [Methods]Clinical data of the 329 cases with chronic sinusitis, who were operated in ENT Department of Shandong Provincial Hospital from January, 2007 to January, 2008 were collected. The results were statistically analyzed. [Results]Of all the cases, 216 of them were male and 113 were female,the ratio of male to female was 1.91 ： 1. The cases were at the age from 7 to 78 years old with the average age of 40.5. The course of disease was from 2 months to 40 years. 201 cases were registered as residents of city while 128 cases were registered as residents of village. Of the cases living in urban district,102 of them were enterprise employees （52%）. 63 were migrant workers （49.20%）. Of the cases with chronic sinusitis, type II sinusitis （ie, those with polyps） accounted for 56.5 %. 38 cases were infected with fungus after operation, accounting for 11.6 %. 79 of them were cases with allergic rhinitis（24%） and 15 of them were cases with allergic asthma （4. 6 %）. [Conclusion]The prevalence of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps was the highest in the people aged from 20 to 50. Male cases were more than female. Environment,allergic reaction are the main causes of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps and the recurrence of the disease.
