2008年高唐县私营企业翻砂作业人员心理健康状况调查

目的]了解高唐县私营企业翻砂作业人员的心理健康状况。方法]采用90项症状清单（SCL-90）对5家私营企业的88名翻砂作业人员进行心理健康状况调查。结果]88名翻砂作业人员存在不同程度的心理健康问题。与中国正常人常模组数据比较，除敌对性外（P〉0．05），躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性均增高（P〈0．01）。而30岁年龄段心理问题严重（P〈0．05或0．01）。躯体化、焦虑两因子分均增高是各年龄段的共同症状（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论]翻砂作业人员的心理健康状况应引起高度重视。应采取多种措施，积极治疗和预防翻砂作业人员的心理问题。

Investigation on Mental Fitness of Foundry Workers in Private Enterprises of Gaotang County in 2008

Objective]This paper will acquire the mental fitness condition of foundry workers in private enterprises of Gaotang county. Methods]A study will be conducted on the mental fitness condition of 88 foundry workers in 5 private enterprises by adopting SCL-90. Results]88 foundry workers had different level of psychological problems. Compared with the data of ordinary people, except for hostility（ P 〉0.05）, somatization, obsessive compulisive,interpersonal sensitivity , depression, anxiety, paranoid ideation and psyehoticism were increased in the investigated people. （ P 〈 0. 0 1 ） . Workers aged between 30 and 40 have more serious mental problems（ P 〈0. 05 or 0.01）. The increase of somatization and anxiety is the common symptoms in workers of different ages（ P 〈0. 05 or 0. 01）. Conelusion]Great attention should be highly paid to the mental fitness of foundry workers. Various measures should be taken to deal with and prevent mental problems of foundry workers.
