2004～2007年扬州市艾滋病自愿咨询检测资料分析

目的]了解扬州市艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）门诊求询者有关情况及检测结果,以便提供有针对性的措施。方法]对20042007年我市VCT门诊求询者信息及检测资料进行分析。结果]20042007年合计8 438人在门诊接受VCT服务（每年人数分别为461、502、2 943、3 947人）,其中接受检测的6 633人,只咨询未检测的1 805人。在接受检测的6 633人中,HIV抗体阳性的20例,阳性率0.30%（男性17例、阳性率0.41%,女性3例、阳性率0.12%,P〈0.05）;3个月至14岁为0.00%,1524岁为0.05%,2534岁为0.42%,3544岁为0.26%,4584岁为0.63%（P〉0.05）;静脉吸毒者为16.67%,HIV感染者配偶/性伴为11.11%,男男性接触者为5.36%,性病门诊人员为0.10%,其他人员为0%（P〈0.01）。结论]今后需进一步加强咨询员的培训,重点关注25岁50岁,有静脉吸毒史、HIV感染者配偶/性伴及男男同性性接触者的男性求询者。

Data Analysis of AIDS Voluntary Counseling and Testing in Yangzhou from 2004 to 2007

Objective]To understand the status and test results of the clients seeking AIDS voluntary counseling and testing（VCT） service in VCT clinics in Yangzhou city,in order to provide the pointed measures.Methods]Information and data of the clients seeking VCT service from 2004 to 2007 were analyzed.Results]Of the 8438 clients seeking VCT service from 2004 to 2007（46,1 502,2 943 and 3 947 people each year）,6 633 of them were tested for HIV antibody.20 of them were HIV positive,accounting for 0.30%（17 were male,accounting for 0.41%,3 were female,accounting for 0.12%,P〈0.05）.The positive rate was 0.00%,0.10%,0.42%,0.26% and 0.63% among the people aged from 3 month to 14,15 to 24,25 to 34,35 to 44,45 to 82 yeas old（P〉0.05）.The positive rate was 16.67% among intravenous drug users,11.11% among HIV infected person＇s spouse/partner,5.36% among MSM,0.10% among STD clinic patients and 0.00% among other persons（P〈0.01）.Conclusion]Training must be strengthened for consultants,more attention must be paid to intravenous drug users,HIV infected persons＇ spouse/partners and MSM seeking VCT service aged from 25 to 50.
