2004-2007年三门峡市突发公共卫生事件分析

目的]了解突发公共卫生事件发生的特征，为预防和控制突发公共卫生事件提供科学依据。方法]对三门峡市2004-2007年发生的9起突发公共卫生事件进行分析。结果]三门峡市2004-2007年合计报告突发公共卫生事件9起，发病508例。其中。2004年1起，2005年2起，2006年2起，2007年4起；1～3月4起，7～9月5起；卢氏县6起，湖滨区、灵宝市、义马市各1起；传染病暴发4起，食物中毒4起，慢性铅中毒1起。4起传染病暴发（流行性感冒2起、流行性腮腺炎和水痘各1起）中的3起发生在农村中小学校，4起食物中毒中3起发生在宴会聚餐。结论]发生在农村中小学校的传染病暴发和宴会聚餐食物中毒是主要的突发公共卫生事件。

Analysis of Public Health Emergencies in Sanmenxia City from 2004 to 2007

Objective]To understand the characteristics of public health emergencies, provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of public health emergencies, Methods]9 Public health emergencies occurred in Sanmenxia city from 2004 to 2007 were analyzed, Results]9 public health emergencies and 508 patients were reported in Sanmenxia city from 2004 to 2007. Among them,l, 2,2,4 emergencies were reported in 2004,2005,2006 and 2007,4 were reported from January to March,5 from July to September; 6 were reported in Lushi county, 1 in Lingbao county, 1 in Huhin county and 1 in Yima city. There were 4 outbreaks of infectious diseases（2 influenza, 1 mumps and 1 chicken pox） ,4 food poisoning and 1 Chronic lead poisoning. In 4 outbreaks of infectious diseases, 3 were reported in rural primary and middle schools. In 4 food poisoning,3 of them occurred at the banquet dinner. Conclusion]The outbreak of infectious diseases in rural primary and middle schools and the food poisoning in dinner banquet were the major public health emergencies.
